It Starts Here

IT STARTS HERE, the IBPAP Career Marketing Initiative, brings the innate talent, drive, and creativity of the Filipino people to the forefront of nation building. By connecting Filipinos of all backgrounds to the country’s most esteemed IT-BPM companies, leaders, and institutions, the initiative equips individuals with the skills and knowledge to grow and thrive as a leader in the rapidly evolving Philippine IT-BPM landscape.

IT STARTS HERE thrives on the fundamental understanding that careers in IT-BPM offer Filipinos development on multiple wavelengths. Beyond offering financial incentives, IT-BPM companies immerse Filipinos in projects that are engaging and meaningful, allowing individuals to contribute their talents in a variety of contexts. Whether managing financial portfolios, coding a new online program, developing 3D graphics, connecting families to the healthcare they need, or building the next animated blockbuster, Filipino talents have a safe space to grow and flourish in IT-BPM. IT STARTS HERE recognizes that for the Filipino, a career choice is more than deciding where to spend eight hours a day - all at once it is a return of investment to one’s parents, food on the table, new relationships, and the means by which Filipinos will transform their passions into a livelihood. Our countrymen deserve to spend the next decades of their lives comfortable and continuously driven to succeed, no matter their gender, sexual orientation, physical ability or socioeconomic background. As such our initiative provides Filipinos nationwide with opportunities to grow their potential in an industry that driven national growth since its inception. IT STARTS HERE offers Filipinos a chance to join this legacy, give back to those who gave to them, and lead the Philippines for generations to come.
