Provides a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative services. Administers employee benefit plans including health, welfare and retirement plans. Works closely with staffing to ensure all facets of recruiting success throughout the company. Provides administrative support to human resources functions as needed (e.g. generates correspondence, record-keeping, policy development).

Minimum Educational Attainment:
Bachelor’s/College Degree preferably in Human Resources course (Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, etc.)
Key Skills
Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Average computer skills for research, messaging, internet and office applications
Has Business English skills ( B2 competency level using CEFR)
