Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or its equivalent.

Experience in high volume recruitment programs
Strong quantitative and analytic skills
Expert in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
Effective strategic speaker (C2 competency level using CEFR)
Certifications
Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
