Performs the daily management of all operational processes to ensure that quality, efficiency and productivity standards/targets and jurisdictional requirements are met. Decides on critical issues related to operations. Conduct performance management of the team members ensuring they are fully equipped to fulfill their roles and responsibilities. Responsible for the financial management of the account and all its lines of business.

Minimum Educational Attainment:
Must be a graduate of BS Nursing, and have an active, valid, and unrestricted Philippine Nurse License
Key Skills
Ability to use PC and widely-used software packages, especially Microsoft Office handling of spread sheets and word processing
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Can influence individual decision-making (C1 competency level using CEFR)
