Minimum Educational Attainment:

Graduate of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree Program in any Health or Life Sciences field of discipline, preferably in the following fields: Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy.

Key Skills

Above average proficiency in utilizing relevant technologies and system applications commonly used in the work place

Willing to work rotational shifts with adherence to schedule, including evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Ability to travel between call center locations and other company sponsored events Has Business English skills ( B2 competency level using CEFR)
