UM/UR Nurse Associate

PHRN - Php 25,000 to Php 30,000 basic salary + Php 2,500 to 3,000 PHRN License Incentive USRN - Php 35,000 to Php 40,000 basic salary + Php 2,500 to 3,000 PHRN License Incentive + Php 3,000

This role is considered clinical and may involve telephonic and back-office work. The scope of work for this role can be divided into two (2) tracks: (1) Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) - have explicit work instructions, procedures, protocols, or algorithms that guide his/her work product. (2) a US Registered Nurse (USRN) - requires him/her to affix his/her name AND Nurse license number on the documents he/she will be processing. The role requires clinical judgement in addition to work instructions, procedures, protocols, or algorithms that guide his/her work product determination. Both requires a valid and unrestricted Philippine and US Registered Nurse Licenses.

Minimum Educational Attainment:

Graduate of BS Nursing, and have an active, valid, and unrestricted Philippine Nurse License. Must have passed the NCLEX-RN licensure exam and have an active, valid, and unrestricted US Nurse

Key Skills

Above average proficiency in utilizing relevant technologies and system applications commonly used in the work place.

Very Good clinical acumen and proficiency

Willing to work rotational shifts with adherence to schedule, including evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Ability to travel between call center locations and other company sponsored events

Has Business English skills ( B2 competency level using CEFR)
