This role is considered clinical and may involve telephonic and back-office work. In addition to the Role Description of the Nurse Associate, he/she supervises a team of EM/UR Nurse Associate conducting quality reviews and audits, coaching and mentoring them to ensure they meet the team’s goals/deliverables.

Key Skills
Must have very good proficient in utilizing relevant technologies and system applications commonly used in the work place
Excellent clinical acumen and Expert-level proficiency in UM/UR
Able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Effective coaching for results
Ability to travel between call center locations and other company sponsored events
Can influence individual decision-making (C1 competency level using CEFR)
