Minimum of 5 years of recent hospital Ambulatory Care or clinic supervision experience
Ability to motivate a workforce
Demonstrate analytic ability to identify process or performance issues and develop recommendations using multiple information sources
Understanding of the legal and regulatory health care environment and analytic skills to implement policies in the unique telemedicine setting
Strong management and financial acumen
Can influence individual decision-making (C1 competency level using CEFR)
